Hey guys today i have the stock rom/official firmware for the ASUS ZenFone Max for you guys. This is the original rom/firmware released by Asus and it is also the latest version of the rom/firmware. This phone has a Cortex-A53 quad core processor running at 1.2GHz, 2GB RAM, 8/16GB of internal memory, 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front facing camera. For those of you that are comfortable flashing you can go ahead and download the rom/firmware from the link below and flash it to your phone.

For those of you that are new to flashing phones you can go ahead and follow my step by step instructions below on how to install this rom/firmware to your phone.
Instructions:
- copy ****.zip to root folder of the phone SD card (no need to unzip).
- Turn off the phone, then boot into recovery mode
- First choose“wipe data/factory reset”, then confirm.
- Choose “yes—delete all user data”, then confirm
- Then choose“apply update from sdcard”
- Find and select the ROM
- Please make sure the power is sufficient during the upgrading.
- Next is to choose “reboot system now”, to reboot your phone.
