Hey guys hope you have been having a good week, today i have the stock rom/official firmware for the Itel 1450 for you guys. The rom/firmware comes with android 2.3 which is android Ginger Bread. This is a really nice phone that comes with a single core processor running at 1GHz, 512MB RAM memory, 512MB internal storage space, a 3 megapixel rear camera and a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera. For those of you that are comfortable with flashing you can go ahead and download the rom/firmware from the link below and flash it to your phone.

For those of you that are new to flashing and are wondering how you are going to flash this rom/firmware to your phone, well you can follow my step by step instructions below on how to flash this rom/firmware to your phone.
Instructions
- Unpack ROM and extract .pac
- Run UpgradeDownload or FactoryDownload, connect your android device to the computer
- Click on "Load packet" and add the .pac
- Click on "Start"
- During the flashing your mobile will restart automatically
- Wait until process completes and thats it you will see PASSED in green on the progress bar
